All Aisle Runners Are A 36" Standard Width. Length Sizes Start At 20ft, And The Maximum Length We Offer Is 60ft. Please Enquire If You Require A Specific Length.
We Only Ever Use The Highest Quality Water Resistant Inks, So You Can Use Your Aisle Runner Outside. However We Do Recommend Using A More Solid Surface For Outdoor Ceremonies To Avoid Piercing The Runner.
We Suggest Using A Small Amount Of Double Sided Tape To Secure The Edges Of The Runner.

* Please note that ALL our designs are protected by ACIDWe have an extremely high success rate of delivered parcel. However things can go wrong within the courier system (this is very rare) but we as a company CAN NOT take responsibility for the parcel once it has left our hands. Whether its a late parcel or a missing parcel, we are no longer in control of that item. You must take any issues up with the courier which the parcel is with.
We ALWAYS provide a tracking number for you to track your item and it is your responsibility to track this, NOT us.
In a lot of cases, because we ship abroad the majority of the time, the courier can often change hand to a different local courier within that particular country.
Please let us assure you that these errors do not occur often, but inevitably they sometimes can.Please note we are unable to send parcels to PO Box address. So please send an alternative address so we can ship our parcels successfully.

Here at Bridestobedesigns we supply personalised wedding aisle runners and wedding ceremony welcome boards. Because each item is personalised to you, this means we are unable to accept returns.
Upon receipt of order, if we do not receive approval of the proof within 5 days we will assume, the runner is okay to print.
However, we will re-print a new runner if there is a spelling error which is our fault, or if you receive the item and it is unsatisfactory with blemishes or marks due to a print fault.
It is up to the buyer to track all items with the tracking information that has been provided upon despatch of your item.
We CANNOT accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items. On the very rare occasion a parcel goes missing, we will do our best to help track the item, but this ultimately is the buyers responsibility.
Bridestobedesigns cannot spend time tracking each and every parcel (as much as we would love to help).
If the parcel is lost in transit, and we have provided the correct address to the courier company, we can not refund for the item unless a successful compensation claim with the company has been granted.
