Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Here at Bridestobedesigns we supply personalised wedding aisle runners and wedding ceremony welcome boards. Because each item is personalised to you, this means we are unable to accept returns.
However, we will re-print a new runner if there is a spelling error which is our fault, or if you receive the item and it is unsatisfactory with blemishes or marks due to a print fault.
It is up to the buyer to track all items with the tracking information that has been provided upon despatch of your item.
We CANNOT accept responsibility for any lost or damaged items. On the very rare occasion a parcel goes missing, we will do our best to help track the item, but this ultimately is the buyers responsibility.
Bridestobedesigns cannot spend time tracking each and every parcel (as much as we would love to help).
If the parcel is lost in transit, and we have provided the correct address to the courier company, we can not refund for the item unless a successful compensation claim with the company has been granted.
